CREST ROCK PARTNERS PRIVATE EQUITY, SUMMER FINANCE INTERN
JUNE 2025-JULY 2025                  

This was a six-week program structured experience learning about the financial services ecosystem surrounding the purchase and sale of privately held businesses. Through the process, I gained insight on the basics of how to value a private business and identify the steps to complete the sale of a private business.
As a final project, we researched the viability of the pricing for a private investment and presented findings to the group.
